Team building activities are becoming more popular due to a range of benefits, such as increased productivity, motivation and in many cases, improved communication. Activities can range from creating a company Bowling Night, to festive themed Scavenger Hunts and other Team Icebreaker activities.
Another example of promoting personal development, would be to schedule in-house seminars; such as learning about emotional IQ, Dale Carnegie courses, or learn how to use meditation to de-stress.
